Getting Exercise

Well I did it again today - I got up and walked.  We are trying so hard to be healthy.  I realize that as I approach 50 - being healthy takes a lot more energy than it did when I was younger.  I do take more medicine, I try to eat right and limit my wine intake to somewhere around two glasses a day.  (I use large wine glasses).  

What do you do to stay fit?  How do you motivate your body to exercise?  Help !!!!

  1. Can't say I am totally fit, but just working around the farm gives me lots of activity. Lots of walking, but not necessarily at a fast pace!
