Lobster Bisque

I am about to learn what to do with fish stock!  My dear friend, Teri, is going to teach me to make lobster bisque with fish stock.  I love to eat it, can discern when it is "fake" bisque and am looking forward to learning a new trick in cooking!  Stay tuned and I'll keep you posted on this adventure.
